Meet on 17 July 2026 at the Théâtre de Verdure in Nice for Neg’Marrons’ return to the stage. For thirty years Jacky and Ben-J have blended rap, reggae and dancehall, mixing slices of everyday life with sung choruses. Accompanied by their musicians, they revisit the key milestones of their career, from the 1990s to today, with that Caribbean touch and knack for a hook that have shaped their signature. The audience will dive back into a discography that has stood the test of time, encountering landmark tracks such as “Le Bilan,” and experiencing the live energy of a duo that knows how to make flow, melody and message interact.
Opening the evening, Dirty Swift, a Parisian DJ, will set the mood with a 90s old-school hip-hop/R&B set. A sharp selection and immediate groove to kick off the night and lay the groundwork before Jacky and Ben-J take the stage.
