Aleks Syntek

Aleks Syntek, Mexican singer, songwriter and producer, brings his 35th Anniversary tour to London for a debut show at The Garage on 21 October 2026. Since emerging in the late 80s with Aleks Syntek y La Gente Normal, he has shaped a Latin pop sound fed by synth-pop, light rock and clean, melodic hooks, then refined it in solo work that balances ballads, pop grooves and electronic arrangements.

On stage he draws from a catalogue that spans several eras: Duele el amor with Ana Torroja, Sexo, pudor y lágrimas, Te soñé, Intocable, Por volverte a ver, Corazones invencibles and Tú necesitas, along with more recent tracks. Over the years he has also collaborated with Los Caligaris, Bronco, Moenia, Los Ángeles Azules and Luis Fonsi.

Beyond the charts, Syntek has written original music for film, TV and animation, and his screen work has earned industry recognition with Latin Grammy and Grammy nominations, MTV Latin nods and Billboard Latin awards. This London date highlights a songwriter-performer who moves between radio singles, scores and studio projects, with a live set that links his early synth-pop roots to the present.
