Pacifica

Pacífica is an Argentine duo that originated online: they first performed covers of 2000s classics on YouTube, notably The Strokes, and later moved on to their own compositions. The story began in January 2021, when a follower suggested they play together; the chemistry in the studio and on stage quickly solidified the project. Their debut album, Freak Scene, was released in 2023 — an alternative rock record marked by punchy guitars and direct melodies that caught the attention of publications such as Rolling Stone and Billboard.

Since then, the band has been playing stages across Europe and the Americas. Live, Pacífica works with simple, effective dynamics: riffs that summon early-2000s garage and indie, tight, dry beats, vocals in dialogue, and a natural closeness with the audience. The set favors unadorned intensity, with songs that build in layers and culminate in clear choruses.
