Kangding Ray, the alias of David Letellier, has developed since the mid-2000s a body of work at the border of techno, ambient and experimental music. Associated with Raster-Noton, he established himself with Stabil (2006), Automne Fold (2008), OR (2011) and Solens Arc (2014), before continuing with Hyper Opal Mantis (2017) and Ultrachroma (2022). His signature: detailed textures, often fragmented rhythms, deep bass and a keen sense of space, able to shift from club-focused tracks to more abstract, immersive constructions. In a club format, he emphasizes attentive listening and the physical impact of the groove.
Kerrie, an Irish DJ and producer based in Manchester, brings a direct vision of techno. Her sets emphasize tension and rhythmic efficiency, featuring dry percussion, solid basslines and crisp transitions. A counterpoint crafted for the dancefloor against Kangding Ray’s sonic architectures.
