Bleech 9:3 bring their taut alt-rock to Thekla on 3 December 2026. Born in Dublin and now rooted in Brixton, the quartet — Barry Quinlan and Sam Duffy on songwriting duties, joined by James Quinlan (bass) and Luke O’Neill (drums) — build songs on clean-cut melodies and saturated guitars, playing with the push-pull between restraint and release. On stage, that tension drives a set that shifts from introspection to impact, backed by a visual mindset that feeds both the writing and the performance. Early singles like Ceiling and Jacky sketch the band’s line: direct, melodic, and rough-edged. Active on London stages, they’ve opened for Shame and Keo and held a three-night Blue Basement residency, shaping a tight, live-first dynamic.
