Crush 40 « Speed of Sound World Tour »

Crush 40, the Japanese-American rock band formed by guitarist-composer Jun Senoue and vocalist Johnny Gioeli, bring the Speed of Sound World Tour to London. Born from Senoue’s work at Sega in the late 90s, the duo shaped a sound that runs through the modern Sonic the Hedgehog era: driving riffs, fast tempos and choruses built to stick. From Open Your Heart and Live & Learn to Sonic Heroes, What I’m Made Of... and I Am... All of Me, their catalogue sits at the crossroads of game music and melodic hard rock.

On 6 February 2027 at Troxy, London, Crush 40 revisit that history in a set that threads fan favourites and deeper cuts into a story-led performance. The show pairs the songs with animations and holographic visuals to link chapters across the Sonic universe and beyond. Billed as the project’s first and final world tour, it’s a chance to hear these tracks performed by their creators, whether you’ve grown up with them or you’re discovering the band for the first time.
