South Africa’s Mi Casa land in London to mark 15 years together with a date at Village Underground on 24 September 2026. Formed in Johannesburg in 2011, the trio—J’Something (vocals), Dr. Duda (keys/producer) and Mo‑T (trumpet)—shape a melodic blend of house, soul and jazz that’s built for the dancefloor and works just as well on stage.

Expect supple grooves, live brass lines and smooth vocals threading through deep, soulful rhythms, with cuts drawn from across their catalogue, from the early breakout These Streets to newer material from We Made It. Over the years they’ve collaborated with artists like Hugh Masekela, Black Coffee and Cassper Nyovest, taking their sound from South African clubs to international stages and refining a set that connects through melody and rhythm.

For this London show, Mi Casa focus on the essentials: tight arrangements, rich harmonies and a trumpet‑led energy that gives their house roots a live pulse. Fifteen years in, the trio return to celebrate the songs that built them and the dancefloor spirit that still drives them at Village Underground.
