Night One - life is beautiful presents: « libiversary festival »

This event will take place at EartH Theatre.

In celebration of their 3-year anniversary, Life Is Beautiful presents their debut festival: Libversary.

The festival will be comprised of three nights at EartH Theatre, Dalston, showcasing artists from across the Life Is Beautiful constellations, featuring many of the guests and collaborators of the past three years of Life Is Beautiful.

Each night will feature one DJ and one large-scale live performance.

Night one will be a presentation of a new dance piece by Elisabeth Mulenga and Violet Savage, titled 'Floods in Waiting', with an original score composed by feeo. This dance piece will be preceded by a DJ set by artist, curator and organiser TTB.

Night two will feature a DJ set by Mike Levitt (artist, DJ and founder of Ormside Projects), followed by a two-part live performance by the Life Is Beautiful septet: Aloisius, Bianca Scout, Nwakke, Isaiah Hull, Jasper Maurice, The Narrator and Abi Asisa, joined by guests Damsel Elysium, May Kershaw, Shauwdii, Riot, Kenichi Iwasa, James Massiah and Rune Kielsgaard.

Night three will open with a DJ set by Slauson Malone 1, followed by a large-scale multidisciplinary improvisation performance by Orchestra379, featuring the lineups from nights one and two, plus additional artists.

Each night will open at 5 pm.
