True to the band’s name, death appears in many of Greet Death’s songs. Through this theme, the band reflects on what it means to be alive. Greet Death will perform on 30 June 2026 at 6:00 pm at Green Door Store.
Since 2011, elementary school friends Logan Gaval and Harper Boyhtari have been writing songs with big ideas and everyday details. Their music, loud and melodic, draws from shoegaze, doomgaze, and related sounds, creating a broad emotional palette. Writing separately but playing together, they released the debut Dixieland in 2017, followed by New Hell in 2019.
