Bicep

Bicep bring their live show to Royal Albert Hall, London, on 26 November 2026. The Belfast-born, London-based duo of Andrew Ferguson and Matthew McBriar first made their mark through the Feel My Bicep blog, a digger’s lens on disco, Chicago house, Detroit techno and Italo that still underpins their productions. In the studio they thread breakbeat, house and melodic techno with ambient pads and chopped vocal motifs, balancing club energy with a more introspective pull.

After early EPs on Throne of Blood, Mystery Meat, Traveller Records and Aus Music, they launched the Feel My Bicep label in 2012, then issued a self-titled debut on Ninja Tune in 2017 followed by Isles in 2021. Singles like Atlas, Apricots, Water and the CHROMA series have expanded the palette and hinted at new directions.

On stage, Bicep rework their catalogue with live hardware and visuals, tightening rolling breaks, misty textures and earworm motifs into patient builds and sudden drops. The set leans into contrast and space, letting melodies breathe while the low end keeps moving, a format that fits the scale and acoustics of the Hall.
