Info

Canadian-Moroccan singer-songwriter Faouzia brings her voice-led pop to O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire in London on 29 June 2026. Born in Casablanca and raised in Manitoba between Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes and Carman, she first emerged as a teen with online covers before making a mark in the mid-2010s through competitions and early singles like Knock on My Door (2015) and My Heart’s Grave (2017). Since then, she has navigated between North American pop and international collaborations, teaming up with David Guetta on Battle, Kelly Clarkson for an Arabic version of I Dare You, John Legend on Minefields and Martin Solveig on Now or Never.

Her songwriting leans on direct melodies, cinematic tension and a vocal approach that threads Arabic inflections through English, Arabic and French. On stage, she switches easily from piano-backed intimacy to fuller, high-energy arrangements, balancing tight hooks with room for quiet crescendos. The set should span the stripped-back contours of her EPs Stripped (2020) and Citizens (2022), and the broader palette of her 2025 album Film Noir, alongside recent singles. A clear snapshot of an artist who builds songs around the voice, without unnecessary ornament, and keeps the focus on melody and emotion.
