Kim Wilde brings The Singles Tour to Usher Hall in Edinburgh on 16 March 2027. Built around the singles that mapped her journey from early-80s new wave and synth-pop into pop-rock, the set taps into the punchy hooks and keyboard-led textures of her first records, then moves through the more radio-friendly turn of the mid and late 80s and the melodic edge of recent releases. Tight arrangements, bright keys and guitars, and straight-to-the-point choruses reconnect tracks from Kim Wilde and Select to the likes of Close and Here Come the Aliens without breaking the thread.
Also on the bill, Tiffany revisits the pop that first carried her, blending dance-pop, pop rock and ballads. Known for “I Think We’re Alone Now”, she folds that breakthrough into a set that reflects the paths she’s taken since, from songwriter-led turns to a rock-leaning feel heard on her later work. Two artists from the same era, each tracing their own timeline on stage, for a night centred on songs that have marked their routes and still land with clarity today.
