On 24 October 2026 at O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire in London, Foy Vance brings The Wake World Tour. Raised between Northern Ireland and the American South, Vance writes at the crossroads of British folk, soul and gospel. He first emerged with Hope in 2007, sharpened his pen on Joy of Nothing in 2013, then broadened his palette on The Wild Swan in 2016, released on Ed Sheeran’s Gingerbread Man Records. In 2019 he doubled down on his love for Americana with the companion albums From Muscle Shoals and To Memphis, before Signs of Life in 2021 found a balance between introspective ballads, roots textures and melodic pop.
On stage, Vance leans into that blend: grainy, ringing vocals, unvarnished guitar work, piano warmth and storytelling that keeps the room close. The Wake World Tour draws across his catalogue, revisiting early favourites and recent songs with new colours, moving between hushed folk and soulful lift, with storytelling firmly in focus.
