Feng

Feng brings the charge of South London’s underground rap to O2 Academy Birmingham on 19 September 2026. Raised between Croydon and Brixton, the rapper-producer has built a sound that flips internet references, club energy and pop-leaning hooks into tight bursts. An Asian kid from an evangelical home who bounced through lifeguarding and video gigs, he taught himself production on YouTube and started composing in 2019. The first rapped cuts landed in 2024 — Damn Phone, M.I.A. — placing him alongside a new UK wave moving fast and online.

Fully self-produced, his 2025 project What the Feng set the tone: tracks around a minute, bright synths, brisk drums, a jerk snap and Scouse rap inflections brushing against indie-pop-meets-hip-hop textures. The writing keeps it direct and motivating, between hedonism, self-belief and owning your identity. With Weekend Rockstar in 2026, Feng sharpened that electronic-rap thread with a 2010s edge, grounded in everyday London. On stage, expect concise hits stitched into a rush of BPM and melody, built for movement and a crowd that likes songs to get to the point.
