Info
On 2 December 2026 at Manchester Academy in Manchester, Dayseeker lead an evening where post-hardcore meets moodier, cinematic shades. Formed in Orange County in 2012, the band has moved from the bite of What It Means to Be Defeated and Origin to the synth-tinged, slow-burn writing of Sleeptalk and Dark Sun. Rory Rodriguez alternates clear, melodic lines with a rougher edge, while guitars and electronics open space for atmospheric swells and compact, heavy hits. On stage, their songs hinge on dynamics and feeling rather than technical display.
Northlane bring another angle on modern metal from Sydney: tight, syncopated riffs rooted in progressive and djent influences, opening onto ambient textures and electronics since Node and Alien. With Marcus Bridge on vocals, the band threads harsh and clean parts through a heavy low end, shaping contrasts refined on Obsidian.
Siamese round out the bill with a hybrid that fuses metal, alt rock and pop sensibilities. From early releases to Elements (2024), they fold melodic hooks, electronic pulses and R&B-leaning touches into muscular grooves. Led by Mirza Radonjica with guitars by Andreas Krüger, their songs balance immediacy and drive, with links to this scene including a collaboration with Dayseeker’s Rory Rodriguez.
