NYC's The Slackers bring their blend of ska, reggae and soul back to the stage, a sound the New York Times dubbed "the sound of New York." Formed in 1991, the band have built a global following across 16 albums, countless singles, and thousands of shows over three decades.
Recent releases on Pirates Press Records, including the EP Money Is King and the track "Diskambobulated," accompany their 2022 album Don't Let the Sunlight Fool Ya, which marked their first Billboard chart appearance.
With a loyal fanbase and a reputation for live performances, The Slackers continue to tour worldwide, from London Slackfests to festival stages, as they return to Europe in 2026. They perform at The Underworld, London, on 4 October 2026 at 5:00 pm.
