On August 7, 2026, at Masseria Ferragnano in Locorotondo, Locus opens its first night with the return of Marco Castello as headliner. The Sicilian musician brings to the stage songs in a singer-songwriter vein tinged with light soul, jazz and Mediterranean funk—soft melodies, warm guitars and a groove that shifts between intimacy and propulsion. At his side, Jalen Ngonda represents the international new-soul strand: a deep voice that engages with forms close to 1960s soul, reworked through spare songwriting and contemporary tempos, from slow-burning ballads to livelier passages. Mind Enterprises adds an italo-disco injection, with pulsing bass, drum machine and analog-voiced synths that push the set toward club territory. Maccucciu closes the circle with a personal singer-songwriter style wrapped in jazz and funk hues with a Mediterranean flavor, where rhythm and words flow over lean arrangements.
