Amistat

Amistat will play at Le Transbordeur on 9 November 2026 in Villeurbanne. Led by twin brothers Josef and Jan Prasil, the duo weaves acoustic folk with indie-pop inflections, where two voices answer and blend over spare guitars and straightforward songwriting. On stage, their harmonies take center stage, between slow ballads and brisk tempos, with songs about departures, reunions and what connects us.

Born in Germany, raised in Italy and having spent time in Australia before resettling in Europe, they have built a repertoire nourished by travel. Active since 2012, they have released several EPs and toured across Europe, the UK and Australia, first alongside Sons of the East in 2019 and later as headliners. In 2022, more than 150 dates in 10 countries sharpened their performance and consolidated the two-part singing that defines Amistat. At Le Transbordeur, they will appear in a stripped-back format that highlights the melodies and their two voices.
