On January 28, 2027 at 6:15 p.m. at La Scala, Sebastian Marx returns to the stage with a new work-in-progress show, picking up exactly where you'd expect him: observations of everyday life, cultural misunderstandings and that subtle mismatch between French cultural codes and American reflexes. After twenty years spent "analyzing" France, he has developed a theory that seems simple: there are only six types of French people. The question is where you fit, where he places himself, and whether sorting people into boxes isn't, in the end, just another box.
