Fragile + guest

After their first EP “...About Going Home” released in 2023 and about fifty shows across France and Europe, Fragile released their debut album “Big Big Smile” on Le Cèpe Records. The Angers-based band affirms with this new record a strong identity at the crossroads of taut punk, emo sensitivity and contemplative shoegaze textures.

Selected for the iNOUïS showcase at Printemps de Bourges 2025, Fragile made an impression with their intense stage presence and efficient songwriting. This first full-length does more than merely continue that vein: more structured, less raw but just as intense, it depicts a form of lucid nostalgia. The band was also noticed during their appearance at MaMA in 2025 and at two release parties in Angers (Chabada) and Paris (La Boule Noire).

Between urgency and progression, direct emotion and anthemic melodies, Fragile carves out a singular path. This new album marks a turning point: more accomplished, more open, it reveals a band in the midst of evolution, shaped by a more positive creative context.

Numerous dates are already confirmed for 2026, including a tour of Canada.
