On November 21, 2026 at Interference in Balma, Sheldon and Peet share the bill. Two voices of francophone rap that intersect without merging, both united by a strong taste for storytelling, melody and instruments.

Founder of 75e Session, Sheldon moves forward as a solo artist with the background of a guitarist steeped in jazz, reggae and rock. In his teens, rap became his language, which he infuses with those influences. A rapper, composer and multi-instrumentalist, he conceives his projects from start to finish, from writing to production. Lune Noire (2019), Spectre (2021) and Îlot (2023) map out an introspective rap, rich in imagery and metaphor, suffused with a melancholy in which the fantastical occasionally appears. On stage, he tends to atmosphere and texture, with tracks that unfold precise narratives without sacrificing musicality.

First noticed with the Brussels collective Le 77, Peet has honed a direct and sensitive writing style as a solo artist, nourished by personal stories and urban observations. A lyricist, singer and beatmaker, he cultivates a melodic rap in which instruments occupy a central place. With Joyboy, released on February 27, 2026, he returns to a more organic sound, shaded with jazzy, soul and funk colors, and allows a brighter, more pop-leaning light brought by his musicians to come through. These new songs examine doubts, relationships, journeys and the artist’s everyday life with unvarnished sincerity. In concert, Peet strikes a balance between closeness and momentum, while keeping the lyrics front and center.
