Dean Brody and The Reklaws bring the Hometown Heroes Tour to Winnipeg on 14 November 2026 at Club Regent Event Centre. A shared bill built on years of collaborations and a common love of Canadian country, it lines up Brody’s storytelling with the Walker siblings’ tight harmonies, with room for onstage moments together, including their collaboration Can’t Help Myself.
Dean Brody, raised in British Columbia and sharpened by a Nashville stint, writes grounded songs that sit between acoustic folk textures and contemporary country. Since his 2009 debut, he’s built a catalogue spanning Trail in Life, Dirt, Crop Circles, Gypsy Road, Beautiful Freakshow, the EP Black Sheep, Boys and Right Round Here, moving from intimate narratives to more direct, full-band arrangements.
The Reklaws, the Ontario duo of Jenna and Stuart Walker, push a country-pop vein that still nods to neo-traditional roots. On stage they trade leads and blend voices around tracks from Freshman Year, Sophomore Slump and Good Ol’ Days, and keep a steady flow of collaborations across the scene, from What the Truck to 11 Beers and Honky Tonkin’ About.
