Against The Current

Against The Current bring their mix of melodic pop-rock, pop-punk and alternative to Zürich. The trio — singer Chrissy Costanza, guitarist Dan Gow and drummer Will Ferri — emphasize straightforwardly written songs, punchy riffs and a voice that sets the tone live. From their early DIY start with the EPs Infinity and Gravity, through debut album In Our Bones to Past Lives and the more compact, darker EP Fever, the band has steadily honed its sound between guitar energy and pop textures. On stage, catchy choruses meet tight dynamics and electronics that don’t smooth the edges but support them. Toward the end of the setlist they often include “Legends Never Die”, the collaborative track with Riot Games that introduced the trio to the gaming community and creates a collective moment live. Their touring experience across North America, Europe and Asia is audible in every transition and break. Date: 19 November 2026 at Komplex 457 in Zürich.
