Dolly Style bring their bubblegum‑tinted euro-pop to Friluftsteatern in Karlstad on 22 July 2026, with guest Mojje. Born in Stockholm in 2014, the quartet has built a world of fast tempos, tight harmonies and colour‑coded alter egos — Holly, Polly, Molly and, since 2023, Yolly. On stage, the concept blends choreography, call‑and‑response hooks and a candy‑bright aesthetic drawn from Japanese subcultures like fairy kei, gyaru and lolita. The show leans on compact earworms and upbeat dance-pop from Hello Hi, Cherry Gum and Upsy Daisy to Rollercoaster, Habibi and Yihaa, carried by a rotating cast that keeps the roles alive.
Mojje opens with straight‑ahead pop shaped for singalong energy and simple, catchy storytelling. Active since the mid‑90s, he has moved between bands and solo projects while writing songs that land quickly with a crowd. Titles like Varning för vuxna, Barnvakt, Popcornfrisyr or Vroom vroom racerbil sketch his tone: light, melodic and rhythmic.
