On Friday, August 21, 2026 at the Poney Club in Blagnac, I Hate Models takes command for a three‑hour set. A leading figure of French techno, he pushes his machines toward sustained tension, oscillating between blunt, frontal impact and electronic melancholy. High tempos, acidic lines and sweeping synth pads nourished by rave aesthetics, trance, EBM and industrial touches compose a narrative without a dull moment. Over the course of the mix he alternates elongated buildups and rawer sections, working the impact without relinquishing the emotion, in continuity with the textures and imagery sketched out on his EPs, his album L’Âge Des Métamorphoses and via his label Disco Inferno.
On the bill opener, Urumi lays down a fast, dark playground. A producer and DJ, she merges techno and trance with edits drawn from francophone rap, flirts with frapcore and favors club‑ready sequences—stretching the tension ahead of the main charge.
