Plage84 B2B KX9000

Born from an immediate chemistry when they shared a bill in 2022, the collaboration between KX9000 and Plage84 crystallized during numerous sessions at the Villette 45 studio in Aubervilliers. On one side, KX9000, a producer with a jazz-funk background and numerous releases (Pont Neuf Records, theBasementDiscos, LYAM); on the other, Plage84, whose sense of experimental groove weaves between genres on his recent singles (Roche Musique, Nowadays Records, 84SOL).

Artem

Based in Paris, Artem builds bridges between underground scenes from Seoul and Hong Kong to New York. At the crossroads of her Serbian roots and Lisbon’s percussive energy, she crafts physical, rhythmic sets combining deep bass, quick percussion and club music. Known for her technique and bold blends, she has performed at Les Ardentes, Solidays and Yardland, and also shares her vision through curation and radio (Kiosk, Reprezent, Bruzz), holding a Balkan Core residency on Rinse France.

Saint-James

DJ and producer, Saint-James moves between jazz, disco and electronic music. Influenced by britfunk, he is behind the In The Red compilations on Chuwanaga, the label he co-runs. Active on the scene with projects like Discomatin and Easter Sounds Festival, he is currently developing the duo Margot et Max (French boogie/1980s) and the house project Milk & Honey with Tour-Maubourg. He has released tracks on La Mamie’s, D.KO, Chuwanaga and several other French labels.

For more than eleven years, Nowadays Records has been energizing the French electronic scene. More than a label, it’s a musical family that celebrates every release and every meeting. With Club Nowadays—its compilations and dancefloor-oriented parties—the collective brings together a broad audience.
