Pentecost Sunday, 24 May 2026: strandliebe Open Air brings two Cologne names from the electronic-music scene to the Rhine at Bikini Beach in Bonn.
Andhim, the duo made up of Simon Haehnel and Tobias Müller, has moved between house, tech house and deep house since the late 2000s. Their sound works with melodic accents, sampled or looped vocals, and arrangements that function outside the strict club format. In their DJ sets they rely on smooth grooves and clear, supporting basslines, playing with contrasts between reduced tension and momentary, more vocal-driven surges — always with a sure sense of timing and flow.
Jonathan Kaspar, a DJ and producer from Cologne affiliated with the Kompakt scene, charts a course from house to techno without losing the melodic thread. His sets emphasize dense, driving rhythms, subtle layering and a structure that thickens piece by piece. Fewer big gestures, more precision in dynamics: a build-up that leaves room for detail without losing sight of the drive.
Together they paint a panorama between grooving house and melodically potent passages — precisely the right setting for an open air by the water in Bonn.
