Celtic Legends

Celtic Legends celebrates 25 years on stage with a new show, stopping on February 11, 2027 at Arena Le Palio Périgord in Boulazac Isle Manoire. Led by a company of dancers, musicians and singers from Ireland, the production restores traditional dance to the center — from percussive stepwork to ensemble choreography and sharply executed solos. Tableaux by Jacintha Sharpe unfold in constant dialogue with the live music conducted by Sean McCarthy.

On stage, an acoustic ensemble brings uilleann pipes, penny whistle, fiddle, bodhrán and guitar to life. Reels, jigs and ballads alternate—between brisk passages and more melodic respites—in arrangements conceived for the stage. Performed entirely live, this 25th‑anniversary show condenses the DNA of Celtic Legends: the tempo of Irish dance, the band’s energy and a close rapport with audiences forged over international tours. Two hours of movement, rhythm and gesture that portray Ireland in the present, without departing from its traditions.
