The Québécois singer-songwriter and the French guitarist join voice and strings in a stripped-down format where the guitar takes the lead. On the program: well-known songs and new material, announcing the album À fleurs de cordes, scheduled for January 30, 2026. Lynda Lemay unfolds her everyday tales—portraits and confidences—between understated humor and more intimate passages, with diction that puts the text front and center. Opposite her, Jean-Félix Lalanne weaves the arrangements, moving between fingerpicking, folk and more classical touches, and makes each phrase breathe with precise, melodic playing.
The duo advances in balance: lighter then more serious numbers, tight exchanges, silences, guitar responses that reinvigorate the storytelling.
