The Lanskies - Release Party

The Lanskies celebrate their new chapter with a release party at the Big Band Café in Hérouville-Saint-Clair on April 24, 2026. Formed in Saint-Lô in 2006, the band made a name for themselves with a pop-rock sound featuring British-influenced melodies and razor-sharp guitars. From the opening volleys of 'Lords of the Mersey' to the danceable rhythms of 'Bank Holiday', and on to 'Hot Wave', recorded with Clive Martin, their trajectory maps a precise blend of rhythmic tension and catchy choruses, rooted in a distinctly Norman identity.

Reformed in 2025, The Lanskies arrive with a renewed lineup and brand-new songs. On stage, Lewis Evans' voice leads the ensemble, supported by Florian von Kunssberg's guitars, Zool Vabret on bass and backing vocals, and Sylvain Lamotte's tight drumming. This release party will spotlight new tracks while revisiting the songs that built their reputation—combining direct energy, a strong sense of groove, and a taste for clear melodies. It is a live comeback designed for the room, up close, with momentum that looks straight toward their next album.
