Kid Francescoli

Kid Francescoli, the project of Marseille-based producer Mathieu Hocine, draws a clear line between electronic pop, dream pop and a relaxed approach to dance music. Initially carried by intimate songwriting and synthetic arrangements, his world expanded with Lovers and then With Julia, conceived with singer Julia Minkin, which introduced a more assertive vocal interplay. Play Me Again continues this trajectory between indie pop, electronic songwriting and disco or Balearic touches, while Sunset Blue establishes a more contemplative atmosphere without abandoning the urge to dance.

On stage, Kid Francescoli presents this repertoire in a more organic band format. With keyboards to the fore, supple rhythms, airy melodies and suspended vocals, he composes sun-drenched, dreamy synth-pop designed to raise the temperature without forcing it. On 28 November 2026 at La Laiterie in Strasbourg, he presents a panorama of his songs, from emblematic tracks to the most recent, with a sense of dynamics that shifts from slow-burn to danceable momentum, always in service of the songs.
