On 19 May 2026 at Bal Chavaux in Montreuil, Omri Smadar arrives with a hybrid live show that blurs the lines between concert and club. After a string of sold-out gigs and marathon DJ sets, he will present for the first time in Europe a format conceived for the stage: an organic set built on rising grooves, electronic textures and catchy melodies, combining the freedom of a DJ set with the energy of a live performance.
Already recognized internationally as a producer, Smadar has received support from Jamie xx (Essential Mix) and Gilles Peterson (Worldwide FM), and has appeared on DJ-Kicks compilations. On stage he plays with contrasts, moves through variations and leaves room for improvisation, creating a continuous flow designed as much for the dancefloor as for attentive listening. It’s the perfect occasion to step into his world and appreciate the scope of this hybrid project, on home turf at Bal Chavaux.
