D'jal « En pleine conscience »

On December 17, 2026, at the Firmament in Firminy, D’Jal returns to the stage with En pleine conscience (In Full Awareness), his new show. A comedian with a precise delivery and a keen sense of character, he reconnects with his emblematic figures, including the Portuguese, and plays with accents, rhythms and the small scenes of everyday life. Between embodied sketches and improvised digressions, he weaves a thread where observation of the world meets personal anecdotes, in a format more intimate than his previous appearances.

On stage, D’Jal blends stand-up and acting, shifts tempo, moves from one character to another without overplaying it, and delights in cultural misunderstandings without losing the thread. The sequences follow one another around themes that cling to him: origins, family, travel, language and its misunderstandings. En pleine conscience refocuses his universe: a gallery of voices, well-seen situations, writing that seeks a balance between personal confidences and collective energy. His tone and mannerisms are there, along with new stories and others that continue to evolve.
