Hilight Tribe

Hilight Tribe arrives at La Coopérative de Mai in Clermont-Ferrand on October 23, 2026 with its Natural Trance live show, an acoustic techno crafted for the stage. For more than twenty years, the Tribe has been shaping an electro-instrumental sound performed in real time, where guitar, bass, drums, vocals, congas, djembe, didgeridoo and a palette of string and percussion instruments from around the world intertwine. Connected to sensors and effects, these instruments build a bridge between modern textures and ancestral timbres, over a kick-bass pulse that invites dancing.

On stage, the group pursues harmony rather than showmanship: a constant dialogue between musicians and audience, tribal cadences, hypnotic lines and a groove designed to endure. Eight albums and hundreds of concerts have refined this signature, where Indian, African and European influences naturally meet. Hilight Tribe advocates an approach rooted in the earth yet open to technology — a direct, organic sonic journey built on trance and live performance.
