Info
On June 26, 2026, at Danforth Music Hall in Toronto, Kittie headlines a night built on low-tuned riffs and the vocal interplay of sisters Morgan and Mercedes Lander. Formed in London, Ontario in 1996, the band blends nu metal, groove and alternative strains with metalcore elements. The debut Spit (2000) and the single Brackish put Kittie on international stages, followed by a heavier tilt on Oracle (2001) and more melodic colors on Funeral for Yesterday (2007). In the Black (2009) and I’ve Failed You (2011) deepen the groove and death-tinged side, while Fire (2024) marks the latest chapter of a group anchored by Mercedes’s drums and Morgan’s shifting vocals.
Kingdom Of Giants brings a California take on modern metalcore: harsh/clean vocal switches, chunky guitars and atmospheric layers. After the early EP Abominor (2011), the band shaped its approach across Every Wave of Sound (2013), Ground Culture (2014) and All the Hell You’ve Got to Spare (2017), then leaned into electronic and melodic detail with Passenger (2020).
US outfit Gore. rounds out the lineup.
