On April 30, 2026 at Hafenklang, Hamburg, Diamond Dog bring their dystopia‑tinged post‑punk from Dijon. Started in 2020 and shaped as a full band in 2021, the trio builds rhythmic, danceable tracks on synthetic textures where chorus and reverb set the frame, carried by raw, upfront vocals. On stage, they mix the bite of the Cramps, melodic turns that nod to Liszt and a Lynch‑like visual mood, without losing the drive of a club set.
Their debut album Usual Chronicles (2023, EMB Blanc/Wave Records) set the outline; the four‑track EP Throbs (2025, IcyCold Records) tightens it with colder electronics and leaner structures. Live, they push a hybrid sound: tense punk lines, dark wave sheen, bass that keeps the body moving, guitars soaked in effects and drums locking everything into a steady pulse. The set will move between new material and earlier tracks, shaped for a room like Hafenklang.
