Soda Blonde

Soda Blonde bring their alt-pop from Dublin to Toronto on September 13, 2026 at Longboat Hall. Formed at the end of the 2010s, the quartet reunites singer and songwriter Faye O’Rourke with Adam O’Regan, Donagh Seaver O’Leary and Dylan Lynch, all former members of Little Green Cars. Their sound leans into art-pop craft and an 80s-tinted palette: a distinctive lead voice up front, close harmonies woven through, melodic basslines and arrangements that play with space and texture. Early EPs Terrible Hands (2019) and Isolation Content (2020) sketched the blueprint; the debut album Small Talk (2021) explored identity, relationships and everyday urban life with detailed pop writing. Dream Big (2023) further shaped a balance between approachable hooks, cinematic atmospheres and group interplay. On stage, Soda Blonde focus on songs and dynamics, letting the vocals carry the narrative while guitars, bass and drums keep the pulse steady.
