On June 13, 2026, at the Casino de Paris, Grégory Privat presents Darling, his new album, featuring a repertoire refocused around the piano. A pianist and songwriter-composer from Martinique based in France, he has forged a musical language where contemporary jazz intersects with the rhythms and melodies of the Caribbean. His precise, melodic playing, open to improvisation, links Creole heritage with the lines of European jazz.
On stage, the themes from Darling unfold like a conversation with the instrument, between breaths, bursts of energy and rhythmic nuances inspired by gwo ka, biguine and Antillean popular music.
