Info
On May 12, 2026, at Montréal’s Théâtre Fairmount, Flyte arrive with the vocal harmonies and sharp songwriting that have left their mark on the British indie scene. Formed in London in the early 2010s—initially as a quartet before consolidating around Will Taylor and Nick Hill—the band moves between indie pop, folk and soft rock: bright, chiming guitars, interwoven voices, spare arrangements and a keen sense of narrative. The Loved Ones (2017) established clear melodic foundations; This Is Really Going to Hurt (2021), produced with Andrew Sarlo, pushed toward a more acoustic intimacy; the self-titled 2023 album tightens the frame further and places the vocal duo at the forefront. That blend of melodic clarity and restraint is present across a repertoire that spans these records, featuring direct, precise songwriting crafted for close connection.
Ken Pomeroy completes the bill.
