On May 26, 2026 at The Bronson in Ottawa, Fit For A King brings the Lonely God North American Tour to town. The Texas metalcore outfit pushes a sound built on heavy riffs, tight rhythms and a clean/scream dialogue that hits hard without losing melody. Their catalogue, from Creation/Destruction and Dark Skies to The Hell We Create, maps lyrics about faith, fracture and resilience onto breakdowns made for the live room.
Invent Animate joins with a progressive take on metalcore: intricate structures, atmospheric layers and syncopated riffs that shift under Marcus Vik’s elastic vocals. The band moves between weight and space, letting ambience breathe before snapping back into precision.
From France, ten56. injects deathcore with industrial textures, slower tempos and a darker urban edge. Led by Aaron Matts, the project blends saturated growls with spoken flows and electronics that thicken the low end, built for impact on stage.
UK outfit Acres completes the bill with a melodic metalcore angle, balancing wide guitar atmospheres, dynamic builds and grounded, heavy passages.
