Sleep Theory - The Afterglow Tour

Sleep Theory bring their The Afterglow Tour to the Technikum in Munich on 27 February 2026. Founded in Memphis, the band moves between contemporary alternative rock, metalcore and pop, with clearly articulated vocal melodies at the center. What began as a singer-songwriter’s purely online and studio project has become a full-fledged live band that presents its songs tightly, directly and with a strong focus on the voice.

Live, Sleep Theory rely on contrasts: calm, atmospheric verses collide with harsher eruptions, driven by heavy riffs, precise rhythms and choruses with clear structure.
