On October 17, 2026, L’Empreinte in Savigny-le-Temple will host Slope. Formed in 2014 in Duisburg, the German band forges a hardcore punk that pursues groove as much as impact. Locked-in riffs, funky syncopations, sharp breaks: the songs alternate sudden fast charges, slowed sections and more flexible passages, all conceived for the stage and collective energy. From early EPs Helix and Losin’ Grip to Street Heat in 2021, Slope has honed a muscular yet mobile songwriting approach, extended in 2024 with Freak Dreams, where punk tension meets more danceable inflections.

Honed on international circuits, the band has made its mark at festivals such as Ieper Fest, The Sound of Revolution and Outbreak, and has shared bills with Madball, Turnstile, Cold World, Terror, Code Orange and No Warning. At L’Empreinte, Slope arrives with that direct, nervous blend of heavy riffs, crisp breaks and chant-like vocals, for a set in which tempo changes keep the room moving without losing sight of the groove.
