Asim Azhar lands in Toronto with the melodic pop that made him a familiar name across South Asia. Raised in Karachi, he first drew attention as a teenager with English-language covers before turning to Urdu originals and collaborations on the local scene. His appearance on Coke Studio marked a turning point, especially the 2016 rendition of Tera Woh Pyar with Momina Mustehsan, followed by singles like Jo Tu Na Mila and the film cut Ghalat Fehmi for Superstar.
