Gauvain Sers

Gauvain Sers returns to the stage with Boulevard de l’enfance, his fourth album, written after a necessary hiatus. On 28 November 2026 he will perform his new songs at La Maison du Peuple in Belfort. The record continues what he has explored since the beginning of his career: stories that move between Paris and the Creuse, the intimate and the political, childhood and the wider world. Now a father, he shifts his perspective, addressing transmission, what unsettles society and how it makes its way into our ordinary lives.

Noticed as the opening act for Renaud and the author of “Pourvu,” “Les oubliés” and “Ta place dans ce monde,” Gauvain Sers maintains his clear, lyric-driven approach to song—between confidences, portraits and everyday chronicles. With his guitar slung over his shoulder, he returns to his roots: cafés, roads, and the voices of the countryside that shaped him, with a simple and precise writing style. On stage, he assembles these new tracks as one might leaf through a notebook, between memories and current events, with direct melodies and words that capture reality without overstating it.
