Rhye

Rhye brings his hushed R&B to The Mod Club, 722 College Street, Toronto, on March 25, 2026. Born from the meeting of Canadian singer Mike Milosh and Danish producer Robin Hannibal, the project has since become Milosh’s evolving live band, where minimalist soul and soft-focus pop lean on rhythm and space. From the early online releases through the debut album Woman, the heart stays the same: an androgynous, close-mic’d voice, restrained arrangements and slow-burning grooves.

With Blood, the sound took on a more collective feel; Spirit pared things back around the piano; Home put the live energy at the center. On stage, an organic setup—strings, keys, discreet percussion—favors dynamics over volume and textures over effects, leaving room for nuance. The set traces a line between downtempo, indie and modern R&B, letting the songs breathe without fuss while keeping the focus on Milosh’s intimate songwriting and the subtle interplay of the band.
