Raised on a farm in Bailieboro, Ontario, Jade Eagleson shapes a country sound rooted in the classics he grew up on — George Jones, Johnny Cash, Randy Travis — and forged on small-town stages before winning the Boots and Hearts Emerging Artist Showcase in 2017. His 2018 debut EP introduced Got Your Name on It, then came a self-titled album in 2020 that leaned into a neo-traditional feel with twangy guitars and steel. Honkytonk Revival (2021) and Do It Anyway (2023) dig into stories of relationships, family and rural life while folding in a modern edge. Along the way he’s crossed festival stages across Canada and teamed up with Dean Brody on More Drinkin’ Than Fishin’.
