Hanumankind - OTW Tour: North America 2026

Hanumankind, aka Sooraj Cherukat, is an Indo-American rapper shaped by a childhood between Kerala, the Gulf, Africa and Houston. His sound draws on Southern rap roots, quick shifts in flow and a rock-leaning tension. After early drops on SoundCloud, he surfaced with the EP Kalari in 2019 and the track Daily Dose, followed by Surface Level in 2020 and singles like DAMNSON, Genghis and Go To Sleep. He has also stepped into film work, from Maadeva with Charan Raj for the Kannada film Popcorn Monkey Tiger to The Last Dance, featured in the Malayalam film Aavesham.

In 2024, he released Big Dawgs with producer Kalmi, then a remix with ASAP Rocky, before appearing as an actor in Aashiq Abu’s Rifle Club. The following year brought Run It Up with chenda percussion, a COLORS performance of Holiday, and his first mixtape Monsoon Season, produced notably by Parimal Shais and Kalmi with international guests including Denzel Curry. Now based in Bengaluru, Hanumankind brings the OTW Tour: North America 2026 to Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver on February 22, 2026.
