Info

On March 6, 2026, the Like A Rollin’ Thunder Tour stops at TD Coliseum in Hamilton, Canada, bringing together Live, Big Wreck and Econoline Crush.

Live formed in York, Pennsylvania in the early 80s around singer-guitarist Ed Kowalczyk. The band grew out of the U.S. alternative scene with guitar-driven songs that mix post‑grunge energy, direct melodies and a lyrical vein that leans spiritual and introspective. Mental Jewelry in 1991 set the tone, followed by Throwing Copper in 1994, then Secret Samadhi and The Distance to Here to close the decade. Later releases kept refining that balance, with V, Birds of Pray and Songs from Black Mountain, before a new chapter and tours after Kowalczyk’s return.

Big Wreck took shape in mid‑90s Boston around Canadian singer-guitarist Ian Thornley, blending hard rock weight, alternative hooks and a taste for proggy turns. In Loving Memory Of… and The Pleasure and the Greed introduced long-form writing and layered guitars, then the reborn line‑up pushed on with Albatross, Ghosts and Grace Street. Recent work spans ...But For the Sun and the 7.x EPs, keeping the mix of heavy riffs and melodic focus.

From Vancouver, Econoline Crush channels an industrial‑brushed take on alternative rock led by Trevor Hurst. Affliction set the blueprint, sharpened on The Devil You Know and the more radio‑leaning Brand New History, before Ignite and the comeback album When the Devil Drives. Onstage, the blend of saturated guitars, dark electronics and clear‑cut refrains shapes a set with a steady pulse.
