Absolva will play at Spirit of 66 Verviers on 29 May 2026, bringing heavy metal from Manchester. Formed around singer-guitarist Chris Appleton, the band combines catchy riffs, twin harmonies and clear choruses, in the tradition of the British NWOBHM sound, played with contemporary energy. The set will include fast songs, solid mid-tempos and solos that converse without overdoing it. The rhythm section holds its own — compact and precise — while the guitars lay down the melodic back-and-forth that defines the band's identity.
