Dany Boon « Clown n'est pas un métier »

Dany Boon returns to the stage with Clown n’est pas un métier, a brand-new one-man show that marks the end of a seven-year hiatus from live performance. On 25 February 2027 he takes up residence at the Opéra Berlioz Montpellier to reclaim his first playground: the stage and live laughter, just as he’s always imagined them.

A comedian and actor, he dives back into his childhood dream and unfolds a narrative on a human scale: memories, deliberately embraced incongruities, everyday situations. His signature mechanics are there — a sense of storytelling and timing, characters sketched without malice, and a precise eye for our little habits. With new material, physical acting, and well-timed silences, he relies on the intimacy of the stage and the connection with the audience.
